Initially, I went to Lorna to try and help me get over a break-up which had been having a lasting and significant impact on my life and causing me a lot of stress. However, over the course of a few months, Lorna was able to tackle really the root of the issue which was my low self-esteem.
Lorna’s insights and tools really helped me to recognise the negative pattern of my thoughts and adopt a much more positive mindset.
